Product Warranty Coverage

TelephoneSystems.info, Inc. provides a 1 year warranty with all new or refurbished business equipment (unless otherwise noted on a specific item). All consumer telephones are warranted by the manufacturer. Within the first 30 days after purchase SystemsRetail.com will repair or replace all defective equipment (business or consumer). Thereafter all consumer products must be returned to their respective manufacturer for repair or replacement. No credit or exchange will be granted by SystemsRetail.com, Inc. after the first 30 days.



Defective Equipment Exchange

SystemsRetail.com will advance replace defective equipment within 30 days from the date of your purchase. This means that we will ship a replacement just as soon as we are notified of a defect in the items that you received. All we ask is that you receive a RMA # and return the defective item within 2 weeks.



Return Policy

If, for any reason (except defective equipment which will be replaced or manuals which are not returnable) you return all or part of your equipment purchased from SystemsRetail.com within 30 days of your purchase you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price for new equipment and 15% of the purchase price for refurbished equipment. Restocking fees are charged to offset costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. If you purchase a different system or other like equipment (of equal or greater value) your restocking fee will be reduced to 5%. Under no circumstances will credit be issued after the 30 day warranty period.


System manuals, batteries and software purchased are NOT returnable. Please be sure you have selected the correct manual before completing your order.


A minimum shipping charge of $6.50 or actual shipping charges (whichever is greater) will be charged for all returned equipment.



Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All equipment returned to SystemsRetail.com will require an RMA number. To receive an RMA number Click Here to contact customer service. Please describe the reason for requesting an RMA and if you would like an exchange. Upon receipt of your request an RMA number will be generated and emailed to you.

Please return your item(s) to our warehouse at the address listed in your email. Your RMA number MUST be clearly visible on the outside of your package or the package will be refused. For your protection and security be sure to use a carrier that will provide a tracking number. All original packaging, literature, etc. must be included with your return undamaged or written on.

  1. Initiate RMA via email
  2. Package up the order with all original packaging, literature, etc.
  3. Clearly and visibly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Send the package to the address listed in the email you received, using carrier with a tracking system
